We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in the city centre, with a convenience store just opposite the hotel. The service provided by the staff here was excellent, they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area, free toiletries, a refrigerator, electric kettle. We also enjoyed the dining options available here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and made our stay even more enjoyable. The leisure facilities provided, including Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, refrigerator.
Although we had a minor issue with the cleanliness of our initial room, the problem was quickly resolved by the staff, who transferred us to another room at their branch at Southern Hotel. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to families.

Spent Easter at this boutique hotel that was instilled with heritage and colonial designs. Located in the heart of town, I could easily access all the famous hawker stands and cafes by foot. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and always ready to help. Loved the spacious room, with its aesthetic interior design and comfortable bed. The highlight of my stay was the in-room bathtub, which was re-stocked with bath bombs and salts daily.
On both days, I had to call the housekeepers in the afternoon as my room had yet to be made up. parking was an issue as I had to pay a steep fee at the adjacent parking lot.

The location was excellent, with plenty of dining options, shops, and attractions within walking distance. the staff was very helpful and friendly, offering great customer service. We also appreciated the complementary wifi and the spacious family suite that comfortably accommodated us and our belongings.
Parking was a hassle, as we either had to pay a high fee for secured parking or search for city council parking spots blocks away. cleanliness was an issue, with ants on the bed sheets and dressing table, as well as a dirty toilet.
